BİTKİ PATOJENİ ALTERNARIA TENUISSIMA’YA KARŞI BAZI BİTKİ EKSTRAKTLARININ IN VITRO ETKİNLİĞİ

چکیده

Fırsatçı bir bitki patojeni olan Alternaria tenuissima gıda ürünlerinin kalitesini ve miktarını düşürmektedir. Bu çalışmada Lamiaceae, Asteraceae, Caprifoliaceae, Papaveraceae familyalarına ait Kırklareli’nde (Türkiye) doğal olarak yetişen 16 türü A. tenuissima’ya karşı in vitro antifungal aktiviteleri açısından tarandı. Lamiaceae familyasına Origanum vulgare Thymus longicaulis, tenuissima’nın misel büyümesini sırası ile %100 %82.87’lik oranlarda inhibe etti. en düşük MİK değerine (250 µg/mL) O. sahipti. SEM analizinde hifal yapısı üzerine T. longicaulis’in çökertme, yassılaşma, kırışık hücre yüzeyli hücreler lizis etkileri gözlendi. Sonuç olarak, tenuissima'nın neden olduğu enfeksiyonları önlemek için longicaulis ekstreleri madde kullanılabilir.
